AkeeN journey is structured in 7 steps:

The process allows employees to perform digitally, a personal and professional assessment in complete confidentiality. Guided step by step by a personal coach, Akeen platform offers the following:

• a series of personal exercises, some will ask for reflection, others for spontaneity. What matters is to be "sincere" in all his answers. 
• feedbacks from his internal network,
• advices and online help with a chat live.

This process was designed in a funnel in order to allow employee to refine progressively his job project internally.
